Mr. YANG Chenggang graduated from Beijing Technology and Business University (formerly Beijing Institute of Business) in 1998 with a bachelor degree in law, majoring in commercial law. Before his career as a lawyer, he acted as the director of legal affairs at the e-commerce department of a large financial enterprise. After starting his lawyer career in 2004, he became a full-time lawyer and head of the Intellectual Property Department of Beijing Yonghe Law Firm in 2005. In 2007, he joined Beijing Bairui Law Firm as a full-time lawyer, and became a senior partner and full-time lawyer at Beijing Bairui Law Firm afterwards. Mr. YANG joined Beijing Blossom & Credit Law Firm in 2023.
