On July 28, 2022, the election process for the Fourth Lawyer Representative Conference of the Haidian District Lawyers Association proceeded in an organized manner. The Organizing Committee of the Fourth Representative Conference of the Haidian District Lawyers Association appointed the Beijing Blossom & Credit Law Firm as the 22nd election entity.
As the primary accountable entity for the 22nd electoral district, the Beijing Blossom & Credit Law Firm shoulders the responsibility of organizing the voting process for 465 legal practitioners across 59 law firms in the district. Under the stewardship of PENG Youyi, the Firm’s Director, and CHAI Qinghai, Party Branch Secretary, all members of the Law Firm are committed to efficiently executing the diverse tasks associated with the voting process. This is done in accordance with the Haidian District Lawyers Representative Conference Election Method and the workflow dictated by the Haidian District Lawyers Association. Responsibilities include promptly establishing an election work group, maintaining effective communication with Law Firm members to assure swift distribution of election notifications and recommendations, facilitating candidate nominations, self-nominations and publicizing election details. Additionally, they are responsible for preparing the election site and ensuring smooth functioning of the voting location. Their goal is to maintain a fair, just, and transparent election process through a thorough understanding of the process, adhering to high-efficiency standards, and demonstrating a dedicated work ethic.
During the election proceedings, DING Chen, Vice President of the Haidian District Lawyers Association of Beijing, and MA Tingde, Deputy Director of the Haidian Discipline Committee, carried out on-site supervision of the voting operations in the 22nd electoral district managed by the Beijing Blossom & Credit Law Firm. They acknowledged the efforts of the Blossom & Credit in efficiently organizing and executing various facets of the electoral voting process.
