On October 10, 2022, concurrent with the nation’s anticipation for the forthcoming successful assembly of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, a resounding ceremony marked the establishment of the Beijing Blossom & Credit (Zhengzhou) Law Firm and the inauguration of the Practical Teaching Base at the Northwest University of Political Science and Law.

At the beginning of the meeting, Mr. ZHANG Yongcun, Director of the Beijing Blossom & Credit (Zhengzhou) Law Firm, delivered a welcoming speech. Subsequent to the signing of the Cooperation Agreement, individuals including PENG Youyi, CHAI Qinghai, ZHANG Yongcun, ZHAO Yan, FENG Weiguo, HOU Zhiwu, and ZHANG Jinfeng, collectively unveiled the Practical Teaching Base of the Northwest University of Political Science and Law. This marks the official establishment of the partnership between the Beijing Blossom & Credit (Zhengzhou) Law Firm and the Criminal Law School of the Northwest University of Political Science and Law.
