Recently, Blossom & Credit actively participated in the open bids provided by Beijing Legal Aid Center and stood out from hundreds of bidding law firms, being awarded two legal aid service projects with rankings of 12th and 19th respectively (the top 60 law firms in each project were selected), which are: Government Procurement Project for Public Legal Services - Legal Aid Case Services (Package 1 Notification-Based Legal Aid Case Services) (Project No.: 11000022210200001832-XM001) and Government Procurement Project for Public Legal Services - Legal Aid Case Services (Package 2 Application-Based Legal Aid Case Services) (Project No.: 11000022210200001832-XM001).
As required by the projects, Blossom & Credit will render corresponding services for legal aid cases to Beijing Legal Aid Center for a term of one year, which services include without limitation: responding to legal consultations, and drafting legal documents; making criminal defenses, and providing criminal agency services; providing civil and administrative litigation agency services; providing agency services for administrative reconsideration, labor and personnel dispute arbitration, and other non-litigation legal affairs; and other legal aid work as stipulated by laws and regulations.

The awarding of the legal aid social service projects by Beijing Legal Aid Center to Blossom & Credit shows a recognition of our previous work on legal aid. Our lawyers will continue to maintain good working relationships with various legal aid centers in Beijing, handle the cases assigned by the centers in strict accordance with the center requirements, give full play to our professional legal capabilities, and effectively fulfill the social responsibilities of lawyers, to help the people in need here resolve various legal conflicts and disputes.
