On March 30, 2023, after review, the Haidian District Lawyers Association of Beijing decided to commend outstanding law firms, outstanding lawyers, outstanding law firm directors and outstanding executives for their remarkable performances in 2022, in which, Beijing Blossom & Credit Law Firm was given a number of commendations again.

PENG Youyi Director & Senior Partner
Expert advisor for civil and administrative cases for the Supreme People’s Procuratorate, member of the Committee for State-Owned Asset Practice of the Beijing Lawyers Association, and arbitrator of the Wuhan Arbitration Commission
Mr. PENG Youyi was graduated from the Department of Economic Law, the Southwest University of Political Science and Law with a bachelor’s degree in law, and started practicing law in 2002. He has acted as the president of the economic tribunal at a people’s court, trying lots of cases of economic disputes of different kinds as presiding judge or judge, and has rich experience in litigation. He has served as independent director of Xinjiang Tianshan Cement Co., Ltd. (a listed company controlled by a central state-owned enterprise) (for 6 years and 2 terms of office) and Ningxia Building Materials Group Co., Ltd. (formerly known as Ningxia Saima Industrial Co., Ltd.) (for 3 years and 1 term of office), and provided litigation and non-litigation services to SDIC Assets Management Co., Ltd., China National Building Material Group Co., Ltd., China Media Group Co., Ltd., Shougang Group Co., Ltd., Pacific Securities Co., Ltd., AIMA Technology Group Co., Ltd. and other state-owned enterprises and private enterprises. Mr. PENG mainly focuses on material commercial disputes, litigation and arbitration.

WANG Yuting

Ms. WANG Yuting was graduated from the China University of Political Science and Law with a bachelor’s degree in law, started practicing law in 2009, and joined Beijing Blossom & Credit Law Firm in 2017. She has served as legal aid advisor for the Erlizhuang Military Cadres’ Sanitarium of Haidian District, Beijing, and is now member of the Young Lawyer Work Committee and member of the Female Lawyer Work Committee of the Haidian District Lawyers Association of Beijing, municipal and district legal aid attorney, and member of the Beijing Association for the Promotion of Legal Services for Public Benefit.
WANG Yanling
Lawyer Ms. WANG Yanling is a member of the Communist Party of China, holds a postgraduate degree at the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences Graduate School, and is now member of the All China Lawyers Association, member of the Civil Litigation Committee of the Beijing Lawyers Association, Secretary-General of the Marriage and Family Affairs Research Committee and member of the Women Work Committee of the Haidian District Lawyers Association of Beijing, partner, Director of the Department of Marriage and Family Affairs and Deputy Director of the Department of Litigation and Arbitration of Beijing Blossom & Credit Law Firm, mediator of the Beijing Association for Alternative Dispute Resolution, member of the Beijing Zhongdun Mediation Center for Disputes over Real Estate and Construction Projects, mediator of the Haidian District Pre-litigation Mediation Committee of Beijing, specially invited people’s mediator of the Haidian District People’s Court of Beijing, and people’s mediator of a number of streets and communities. She served as judge at a grass-roots people’s court for more than 10 years before joining Beijing Blossom & Credit Law Firm in 2012.

LI Fangfang
Ms. LI Fangfang is in charge of internal affairs at Blossom & Credit, and responsible for organizing the activities of the firm and the Party Branch, administration of the official website and official account, and publicity of the firm.
The commendations received reflect recognition of our performance. However, the honors belong to the past, and we need to make greater efforts in the future. We will cherish our good reputation, and redouble our efforts in the future, to continue to make contributions to the building of a society under the rule of law.
