Blossom & Credit has been appointed as a legal service provider of the China Railway Beijing Group. In the future, Blossom & Credit will be eligible to enter into legal service contracts with, and provide perennial legal counseling services to, the China Railway Beijing Group and its affiliates.

Recently, Beijing Blossom & Credit Law Firm (“Blossom & Credit”) received a notification of award in respect of the bidding for entry in the Directory of Outside Counsels (Beijing) of China Railway Beijing Group Co., Ltd. (the “China Railway Beijing Group”), which states that Blossom & Credit has been appointed as a legal service provider of the China Railway Beijing Group for a term of five years.

The China Railway Beijing Group is located at the Capital and the center of national railway network, and administers the area with the Bohai Sea to the east, the Yellow River to the south, the Taihang Mountain to the west and the Great Wall to the north, covering the whole Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region and part of Shandong, Henan and Shanxi. The China Railway Beijing Group is an extra-large state-owned enterprise engaged in railway passenger and freight transportation primarily, and also in railway station and train commerce, commerce, trade and logistics, industrial manufacturing, construction, comprehensive land development, hotel management, real estate, insurance, tourism and other business, and has a registered capital of RMB248,959,690,000, 138 subsidiaries and 167,957 employees. During the important period of reform and development of the China Railway Beijing Group, its demands for legal services will be increasing.
