WANG Yanling, partner, holds a postgraduate degree at the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences Graduate School, served as judge at a grass-roots people’s court for 16 years, and tried civil, economic and criminal cases. Her practices cover marriage and family affairs, inheritance, real estate, relocation and resettlement, economic contract, corporate legal affairs, and other civil and commercial matters. Based on her profound legal knowledge and years of trial experience at a grass-roots court, she is uniquely insightful in case analysis and development of litigation schemes. She focuses on the analysis and argumentation of facts, collection and sorting of evidence, and analysis and application of laws, makes a correct assessment of the situation, has strong capacity to handle changes, insists on believing evidence and law, and upholds fairness and justice in litigation.
