Mr. YANG Feihu graduated from the Law School of Shanxi University in June 2021. As a university student, he used to work as an intern at the People’s Court of Xiaodian District, Taiyuan City, assisting judges in document drafting, court trials, organization of mediation, and archiving of case documents. From June 2021 to February 2022, he worked at Hunan Kuangzhen (Hefei) Law Firm as a lawyer assistant; from February 2022 to May 2023, he worked at Beijing Tiantai Law Firm (Hefei) as an apprentice lawyer; and from May 2023, he moved to Beijing Blossom & Credit (Hefei) Law Firm as a practicing lawyer together with the team. During his career as a lawyer, he covered civil and commercial economic law litigation and arbitration, corporate legal affairs, credit legal affairs, resolution of commercial disputes, corporate bankruptcy liquidation, among other legal affairs specifically concerning disputes over purchase and sales contracts, disputes over financial lease contracts, disputes over contracts for construction projects, credit card disputes, etc.
Represented X Bank Anhui Branch to recover a large amount of funds by means of litigation, mediation, and execution, supported by applying pressure on the debtor by including the debtor into the list of faithless person subject to execution;
Represented Shanghai X Financial Lease Co., Ltd. in the case of dispute over financial lease contract with Hubei X Co., Ltd., in which Mr. YANG effectively analyzed and made use of existing evidence, and communicated with the court while taking measures for preservation to apply pressure on the debtor, hence rapidly recovering funds for the client;
Represented Jiangsu X Security Technology Co., Ltd. in the case of dispute over right of recourse on notes with Jiangsu X Construction Group Co., Ltd., in which Mr. YANG analyzed the case and applied pressure on the drawer and previous holder of the note to rapidly complete acceptance of the note, helping the client avoid the losses of over RMB 500,000;
Participated in the bankruptcy liquidation of Ma’anshan X Co., Ltd. on behalf of China X Insurance Co., Ltd., in which Mr. YANG actively communicated with the manager after reporting creditor’s rights, and after three creditors’ meetings, helped the client recover full claims;
Represented a municipal company in Anhui in the case of dispute over construction contract with the actual constructor, in which Mr. YANG made use of litigation at the court and communicated with the counterparty, so that the actual constructor paid off the construction fees of over RMB 1.3 million and withdrew the litigation.
