Commercial arbitration cases: Successfully handled multiple arbitration cases from diversified perspectives of the lawyer and arbitrator, which was praised by clients.

Dispute over patent contract: Represented an enterprise to successfully initiate retrial detected by the court president after the trial of the first instance, trial of the second instance, retrial, appeal by the procuratorate, and eventually won the case.

Contract dispute: Handled over 1,000 contract disputes in her career, in which Ms. JIA combined mediation and litigation to arrive at a rapid solution and quick recovery of funds for enterprises.

Dispute over financial borrowing agreement: Applied the measures of telephone communication, on-site visit, mediation, litigation, preservation, and execution, identified the root cause of overdue repayment of loans, and implemented specific measures to solve the issues of the lender, which achieved the success rate of over 60% for mediation and rapid recovery of funds.

Dispute over purchase and sales contract of commodity housing: Represented multiple housing buyers to request delivery of the housing by a top real estate developer in accordance with the contract, and eventually acquired the compensation of the penalty provided  in the contract.
