Mr. XU Zhenchun graduated from China Agricultural University in July 2007 with a master degree in economic law. He used to work at a platform company of China National Building Material Group, an investment company of Kerry Group, and an investment platform company of energy and chemicals group . His tasks include: taking full charge of legal affairs of the company, participating in private placement of listed companies by establishing a trust structure, participating in project investment through private equity investment funds, and taking charge of equity investment and merger efforts.

Then join the department of Material Commercial Disputes of Beijing Blossom & Credit Law Firm, he provided companies and their investors with legal services for solving commercial disputes, including various disputes over internal corporate governance, various contract disputes in business operation, various disputes arising during investment and financing process, and labor disputes between companies and their employees, mainly for clients including Guochu Huijin, Yihehuihai International Financial Lease Co., Ltd., Shanghai Saluzi Asset Management Co., Ltd., and Xinjiang Fuhong Mineral Co., Ltd. He is good at providing the best solution for commercial disputes based on non-litigation business with reference to factors in multiple aspects such as commercial operation and governance structure.

1. Represented a large energy company in the litigation of dispute over equity transfer with Beijing X Investment Co., Ltd., in which Mr. XU designed the defense policy, organized evidence, and made full use of evidence obtained from a third party to win results favorable to the client in two trials.

2. Represented X Fund Management Co., Ltd. in the arbitration case over equity transfer with Beijing X Technology Co., Ltd. In the arbitration, Mr. XU focused on key points in dispute at the court trial and submitted evidence favorable to the client to support his opinions, submitted corresponding defense opinions on the intention of the counterparty for mixing different legal systems, and eventually won the arbitration.

3. Represented Tianjin X Co., Ltd. in the dispute over entrustment contract with Beijing X Co., Ltd., in which Mr. XU submitted targeted defense opinions corresponding to the opinions submitted by the counterparty, and submitted corresponding evidence so that partial key claims of the counterparty were rejected.

4. Designed the transaction structure for the client, participated in judicial auction, won the property projects located in Andingmen and Dongzhimen of Beijing, and completed transfer and closing efforts of such project.

5. Participated in the designing of the transaction structure, participated in private placement of a listed company through structured financing, reviewed and amended support agreements and documents for the private placement, and successfully acquired shares of the listed company through indirect shareholding; later, helped exit from the listed company by reducing shareholding through non-litigation settlement.
