Ms. WANG Xiaolu graduated from the University of International Business and Economics with a bachelor degree in law in 2014, and then graduated from the Boston University with a master degree in law in 2015. She holds a Lawyer’s Practicing Certificate of the People’s Republic of China, and can work in Chinese and English. She used to work at the Legal Department of Siemens China and Beijing Zhongguancun Coordinated Innovation Investment Fund Management Co., Ltd., mainly responsible for legal services for venture capital projects. After joining the Litigation Department of Blossom & Credit, she mainly handles disputes over construction projects and investment and financing projects. Ms. WANG provided litigation and non-litigation legal services for construction companies (such as CNBM International Engineering Co., Ltd., CBMI Construction Co., Ltd., and Beijing Xinyihua Fire-Fighting Engineering Co., Ltd.), culture and tourism companies (such as Zhongchuan Culture and Tourism Development (Beijing) Co., Ltd., and Zhongchuanyibo Cultural Tourism (Beijing) Co., Ltd.), and investment companies (such as Beijing Zhonghai Investment Management Co., Ltd.), including arbitration and litigation for contract disputes and disputes over construction projects, assessment of project risks, document drafting, and review of provisions.
