Ms. ZHENG Min graduated from China University of Political Science and Law with a master degree in law. Meanwhile, she has the securities and fund qualifications. She used to act as the senior lead lawyer at the International Financial Department of JunZeJun Law Offices Beijing Office, senior project manager at Zhongtai Securities, and legal general manager at Sinvo Financial Holdings. Thanks to the years of non-litigation efforts on the capital market and resolution of commercial disputes, she has built rich practical judicial experience for the capital market and commercial disputes, and provided many listed companies and non-listed companies with legal services concerning VC, PE investment and financing, IPO, private placement PE, New Third Board, merger and restructuring, non-public offering of stocks, issuance of corporate bonds, and resolution of commercial disputes involving investment and financing (including but not limited to arbitration and litigation concerning value adjustment mechanisms (VAM), repurchase, and merger).
