Ms. QIN Qin graduated from China University of Political Science and Law in 2019. During her study, she worked as an intern at the First Civil Court of the People’s Court of Changping District, Beijing and the Second Civil Court of the People’s Court of Huoqiu County, Anhui Province, assisting judges in service of documents, on-site investigation, organization of mediation, and archive of case documents. After graduation, she worked at Tianjin Qiheng Law Firm and Beijing Lanpeng (Hefei) Law Firm as lawyer assistants, mainly responsible for sorting out case materials, drafting legal documents, drafting lawyer’s letters, following up on cases, etc. She joined Beijing Tiantai Law Firm (Hefei) as an advisor lawyer in September 2021, and transferred to Beijing Blossom & Credit (Hefei) Law Firm together with the team, where she participated in initiating/answering arbitration and litigation cases and court trials/mediation, and provided permanent corporate advisory services for advisory clients of the law firm, including issuing lawyer’s letters, drafting and amending various contracts and legal documents, reviewing corporate regulations, formulating service reports, and answering legal queries with respect to labor disputes, business operation, collection of amounts, contract disputes, etc. She is dedicated to providing advisory clients with all-round and quality legal advisory services.
