During her practicing as an enterprise legal advisor, she has accumulated rich experience in answering queries of clients, specialized legal training, handling of corporate legal affairs, issuing legal opinions, accompanying clients in commercial negotiation, non-litigation due diligence investigation, etc. Meanwhile, Ms. JIN Jing represented clients in litigation or arbitration cases involving labor, purchase and sales contracts, infringement, construction projects, execution, etc., which was highly praised by clients.

Represented X Industry System (China) Co., Ltd. of the United State in the case of dispute over purchase and sales contract with Wuhan X Co., Ltd. In this case, by on-site investigation for collecting evidence, Ms. JIN repeatedly coordinated for communication between the court and the client, and eventually helped the client get repaid despite the debtor’s multiple records of faithless persons subject to execution and the pledge of its property and equipment.
Represented a Guangzhou state-owned enterprise in multiple cases of dispute over purchase and sales contract with a state-owned enterprise well-known in the construction industry. Ms. JIN sorted out a large amount of evidence in detail prior to trial, reconciled the accounts, and submitted the Statement with sufficient reasoning with respect to inconsistency between the accounts and the statement of the defendant, hence winning the recognition of the judge to support almost all the claims.
Assisted a state-owned aviation electronics company in establishing specialized labor and personnel regulations, and drafted implementation measures and guidelines for labor and personnel affairs, which were used as an important basis for labor and personnel compliance of the enterprise.
Represented a well-known milk manufacturer in multiple cases of labor disputes. Ms. JIN analyzed the cases, improved evidence, and effectively communicated with the plaintiff, so that the cases were closed by the court by rejecting the lawsuit or by means of mediation.
As a lawyer, assisted an assets management company in drafting a series of due diligence investigation reports on multiple enterprises for the acquisition of non-performing assets by a state-owned commercial bank, which reports were used as an important basis for the acquisition by the bank.
